Introduction to racing for younger children. The program will introduce kids to the fun of racing, different types of racing and training while developing technical ski skills and agility, balance and coordination, speed and approaches to racing necessary to transition to the next level of the Lifeski Academy program.
Age: YOB 2009 and younger
Length of Program: September 2020 to March 2021
Practices: Once or twice a week
Recommended Races: 5 SOD races, Ontario Youth Championships
Race coaching and waxing support provided at these races.
Coaching – The program will be planned and supervised by Coach Petr and Katerina Jakls
Program Fee (including team racing waxes, excluding coaches’ travel): $650
SOD, XCSO, & CCC Fee: $19
